Barangay Stockholm

  Barangay Stockholm was founded in 1997

primarily to promote friendship and camaraderie

among the Filipino youth in Stockholm through sport.

The association's primarily goal

is to help the Filipino youth integrate

themselves to the way of the Swedish system and

give them activities to look forward

to and meet fellow Filipinos for interaction.

The association holds a yearly all

Filipino Basketball Tournament to engage not

only the Filipino youth living in

Stockholm but Filipinos, as a whole in the Kingdom of Sweden.
